KTSP DAN IMPLEMENTASINYA

School based curriculum is the operational curriculum developed and implemented by each educational unit. School based curriculum as a manifestation of primary and secondary education curriculum is develop according to their relevance by any group or committee of the education unit and school under the coordination and supervision of the local education office of department of religious district  for basic education and secondary education to the province based on Content Standards Graduates and Competency Standards and preparing curriculum guides compiled by BSNP.
Assuming that teacher is the one who know most about the developmental level of students, individual differences of students, absorptive capacity, the atmosphere in the learning activities, as well as facilities and resources available, then in the curriculum the teacher has the authority to define and develop curriculum in the syllabus. Curriculum development in this syllabus should be based on several things, among them: the content, the concepts, skills / skills, problems, and student interest.
School based curriculum was developed based on the following principles: (1) centered on the potential, development, needs and interests of learners and their environment, (2) diverse and integrated, (3) responsive to the development of science, technology and art, (4) relevant to the needs of life, (5) comprehensive and sustainable, (6) long-life learning, dan (7) balance between national interests and regional interests.
Syllabus is an elaboration of standard of competence and basic competence in subject matter, learning activities, and indicators of achievement of competency for assessment. Syllabus developed by the principle: Scientific, Relevant, Systematically, Consistent, Insufficient, Actual and Contextual, Flexible, and Comprehensive.
Syllabus Development steps are: (1) Assessing the Competence Standard and Basic Competence, (2) Identifying Main Content, (3) Developing Learning Experience, (4) Formulating Indicators of Success Learning , (5) Determination of Types of Assessment (6) Determining the Time Allocation, and (7) Determining the Source of Learning.
In implementation, syllabus is explained at lesson plan, implemented, evaluated, and acted by each teacher. Syllabus must be studied and developed in a sustainable manner with due regard to input of learning outcome evaluation, the evaluation process, and evaluation of learning plans.
